Reservation Policy

  • A reservation deposit is required to hold a puppy after your reservation has been approved.
  • Your reservation deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.
  • If you decide not to complete the purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide your selected puppy due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose either a full refund of your reservation deposit or transfer it to another available puppy.
  • Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee puppy availability.
